1. Eligibility: Open to all legal U.S. Residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of June 20, 2011. Sponsor’s employees and their immediate families and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to win.
2. No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win: Purchasing a product will not improve your chances of winning.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes Period runs from 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) June 20, 2011 through 10:00 PM, ET on August 7, 2011.
4. How to Enter: Entry forms are available at our restaurants or CLICK HERE to download a form. Fill in the entry form and deposit it in the Feast for Free Sweepstakes box at one of our 16 restaurant locations or send it via regular mail to Sticky Fingers Smokehouse, “Feast for Free”, 234 Mathis Ferry Blvd., Suite 103, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. Write the name of the closest restaurant location on the front of the envelope. On all entries clearly print your name, phone number, email address and closest Sticky Fingers location. Email entries will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail. Limit one entry per household per day. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than 12:00:01 AM ET August 8, 2011 and received by August 12, 2011.
5. Prizes: Sixteen (16) winners, one from each participating Sticky Fingers Smokehouse, will each receive a free meal every time they dine at a Sticky Fingers Smokehouse location between August 17, 2011 and December 31, 2011. Winner must present a Feast for Free ID card to receive free meal. Winner is limited to one free meal per day and meal cannot exceed $25.00. No cash back. Alcoholic beverages, sauce purchases, Sticky Fingers gift cards, merchandise and gratuity are not included. Free meals are not valid on takeout orders or catering orders. Prize is non-transferable; only the winner can claim their free meal and may be asked for a photo ID. When dining with others the winner’s meal (up to $25.00) will be free but all other members of the party will be responsible for their own charges.
6. Winner Selection: At its sole discretion, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing for each location on or about August 16, 2011. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential Winner by phone by August 17, 2011. The potential Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 7 days of notification or Prize will be awarded to alternate Winner.
7. General Conditions: Open to all legal U.S. Residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of June 20, 2011. Void wherever prohibited by law. Entry constitutes agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor's sole judgment entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. An entrant's entry will also be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if the entrant (i) attempts to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; (ii) provides information that is inaccurate or fraudulent; or (iii) attempts to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. If Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable or Sponsor cannot contact winner for any reason, Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected at random. All federal, state and local taxes on Prizes are the responsibility of the Winner. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retail locations and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, partners and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of anykind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, garbled entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure orjumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web sites. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or web sites or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by any non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves theright at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its sole discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

9. Winners’ List: For the names of winners (available after August 22, 2011) send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners’ List, Sticky Fingers Feast for Free Sweepstakes, 234 Mathis Ferry Road, Suite 103, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464 for receipt no later than September 10, 2011.
