Feast for Free Rules

 

1.      Sponsor: Sticky Ribhouse, LLC, the company operating Sticky Fingers Smokehouse restaurants.

 

2.      Contest Period: The Contest Period runs from June 21, 2010 through 10:00 PM, EST on August 15, 2010.

 

3.      Eligibility: Anyone may submit an entry, but the Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Sponsor’s employees and their

         immediate families and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Contest are not eligible to

         win.  Incomplete entries are void. Limit one entry per household.

 

4.      How to Enter: Fill in one entry form and drop it off at one of our 18 restaurant locations or send it in via mail. Entry forms

         are available at our restaurants or CLICK HERE to download an entry form.  If mailing, send your name, phone number,

         email address and closest Sticky Fingers location to Sticky Fingers, “Feast for Free Contest,” 300 West Coleman Blvd.,

         Suite 101, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. Mailed entry must be received by August 9, 2010. Sponsor is not responsible for lost,

         late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail.

 

5.      No Purchase Necessary: Purchasing a product will not improve your chances of winning.

 

6.      Prizes: Winner will receive a free meal every time he or she dines at a Sticky Fingers location between August 17, 2010 and

         December 31, 2010. Winner must present a Feast for Free ID card to receive free meal. Winner is limited to one free meal

         per day and meal can not exceed $25.00. Alcoholic beverages and gratuity are not included. Free meals are not valid on

         takeout orders or catering orders. Prize is non-transferable; only the winner can claim his or her free meal. When dining with

         others the winner’s meal (up to $25.00) will be free but all other members of the party will be responsible for their own

         charges.

 

7.      Winner Selection: At its sole discretion, Sponsor will select one Winner for each location at random. Sponsor will attempt

         to notify potential Winner by phone on  August 17, 2010. The potential Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an

         affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification or Prize will be awarded to alternate Winner.

 

8.      General: Void in Puerto Rico and wherever prohibited by law. Entry constitutes agreement to be bound by these Official

         Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if in Sponsor's sole judgment entrant has not

         complied with these Official Rules. An entrant's entry will also be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if the entrant

         (i) attempts to enter the Contest through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; (ii) provides information

         that is inaccurate or fraudulent; or (iii) attempts to disrupt the Contest or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official

         Rules. If Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable or Sponsor cannot contact winner for any reason, Prize will be

         forfeited and an alternate Winner selected at random. All federal, state and local taxes on Prizes are the responsibility of the

         Winner.
