In Appetizers, Sticky Skins looks to oust top-seeded Hickory-smoked Wings. Among sauces, Carolina Sweet will likely take on Memphis Original for a Final Four Favorites berth. Barbecue pork sandwich is a clear favorite in its division, while Entrées is loaded with talent.
