What is the Pitmaster Pass?
The Sticky Fingers Pitmaster Pass is our way of saying thank you to our loyal guests for your continued support. For every $1 you spend, you receive one Pitmaster Point. Once you’ve earned 100 points you can redeem them for $5 off your next purchase. OR save them and once you have earned 500 points, you can receive $50 off your next purchase! That’s doubling their value!

I am new to the Pitmaster Pass! How do I sign up?
Joining is easy. During your next visit to Sticky Fingers just let your server know you’d like to join our program. You will fill out a card and provide your name, email address and phone number. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your account info. If you pay with a debit or credit card, you will also have the opportunity to link all Sticky purchases with that card to your rewards account.

For future visits, you will be able to use your phone number or connected payment card to apply purchases to your account.

Is there a fee to sign up?
Nope! Membership is free PLUS you’ll instantly earn 50 points just for signing up. That puts you halfway to your first $5 off!

How can I track my points?
When you visit, you can give your server your phone number to lookup your account and apply any new purchases to your account. If you opt to link your payment card to your rewards account, the rewards will be applied automatically every time you use that card.

Your points balance should also be listed on the bottom of your Sticky Fingers receipts.

Can I use my Pitmaster Pass at all Sticky Fingers restaurants?
Absolutely! Points you earn will be added to your account regardless of which Sticky Fingers you visit and your points may be redeemed at any of our restaurants. To find our most convenient location to you, please click here.

Can my points be used towards any purchase?
Yes, your Pitmaster points can be used for any dine-in or to-go food orders plus in-store Sticky sauce, merchandise and gift card purchases. Points unfortunately cannot be earned or redeemed through catering online ordering or any third party ordering or delivery services.

How do I redeem my points?
Once you have earned enough points and would like to collect your reward, just let your server know. You will need to provide your phone number or linked payment card to your server. The server or manager will apply your points and deduct the amount of your reward from your total bill. Easy as that!

If you are ordering online through our website, just choose to pay upon pick-up and you can redeem your points then.

Are there other ways that I can earn points?
Great question…and the answer is yes, but we just can’t tell you how yet. Stay tuned as we’ll be announcing more ways to earn points soon!

Do my points expire?
